Soaps got a call about a dog that had been lying on the side of the road for about a week. She was near death when we picked her up. She stayed at the vet for a few days. When she was well enough to leave she still had serious skin issues that took six months to clear up. We fostered Nellie for 2 1/2 years. She finally found her forever home last month and is living the good life in Jacksonville .
