BLACKJACK

July 3, 2014 | Posted by Stephanie Reese

He was a rescue mutt with a “pure” pedigree heart. 16 years ago as a scared, abandoned puppy, Blackjack entered our household and quickly became KING. Last fall he developed several life threatening ailments so bad we had prepared our whole family that he was close to death. With the wonderful care from our local vet he regained his health. However it is inevitable that there is an “end” day for all of us, a day when there is no more “More”. That day came for Blackjack Friday morning June 27, 2014. He went peacefully to heaven with those present to whom he gave so much unconditional love and happiness. The loving soul of a dog can fill the darkest of days with bright sun light. Thank you dear Blackjack for bringing so much joy and light into the Ingley household. You are now free to play again with Belle, Big Mac, Cheech and Chong and a long list of other beloved 4 legged residents of the Ingley family.
